Vibration on the Body
Enhanced Blood Flow: Vibrations dilate blood vessels, which increases the flow of oxygen and nutrients to muscles and theoretically improves recovery times.
Neuromuscular Activation: The rapid back-and-forth movement challenges your body’s proprioceptive system (the brain’s awareness of your body’s position), improving balance, coordination, and reflexes.
Pain and Stress Reduction: Stimulating muscles and joints can help alleviate chronic discomfort (like back pain or arthritis) by blocking pain signals and promoting relaxation.
Bone Health Support: Low-intensity vibrations help reproduce the dynamics of muscle contraction on bone tissue, stimulating osteoblasts (cells that form new bone tissue).

What’s included:
One 60-minute massage while laying on a vibro-acoustic sound table. You can receive Swedish, Deep Tissue, or a mixture of both. The intensity of the vibration is adjustable, but it’s best to keep it at a minimum at first.
After the massage, the music and vibration will be temporarily paused for 5 minutes to give your senses a rest.
For the last half hour, you will be in full control of the intensity of the vibration. You will continue laying face-up on the vibro-acoustic sound table while enjoying 15-minutes of red light therapy on the front of your body.
After 15-minutes, I will ask you to turn over onto your stomach so your backside can have the red light treatment.
For the last 5 minutes of your session, the music AND the vibrations will turn off. This is not a mistake. This is intentional. You will understand once you experience it.
Once the last 5 minutes are up, I will tell you that your session has ended.
(I won’t be in the room during the last 30-minutes of your session, I will be connected to you via intercom.)
New clients have to book online. This is mainly to protect myself, your soon-to-be massage therapist! (Clients with ill intentions tend not to provide any personal details about themselves so this is my first line of defense.)
I’m the only person providing vibro-acoustic massages with red light therapy, so availability is limited. It’s best to book in advance.

New clients have to book online. If I know you already, you can give me a text or call to book if that’s easier for you.
I will be working more, so it might take some time getting back to you. Also, texting is much preferred since this phone number rings a very long time until the voicemail picks up.
I’m Melanie!

I’ve been giving massages since 2007!
I want to help people feel better. I care deeply when others are in pain. I know from experience that massage can help relieve pain caused by tight muscles, but it can’t help with other aches and pains involving loss of cartilage, loss of bone or muscle mass—these things can lead to bad posture and imbalance.
Massage can only take you so far.
So, I wanted to try something new that can hopefully have more of an impact on the body where massage falls short.
Actual doctors with medical degrees use vibration and red light therapy to help with pain reduction—it’s not wacko science! I wouldn’t offer it to anyone if I didn’t believe in the science behind it.
I have personal experience using red light therapy on both my face and my scalp. August, 2025, I began using these products every single day and May of this year (2026), my hair is so much thicker that it’s shocking. To be honest, I never had noticeable wrinkles on my face prior to using the face mask, so I can’t tell if the mask smooths out wrinkles. It’s possible that it has smoothed out my forehead wrinkles but I don’t know for sure.
I made this vibro-acoustic sound table myself because I don’t trust the manufacturers that mass produce these products. Not only are they over-priced, but I don’t know the quality of their transducers or amps. At least this way, I know the technology is top-of-the-line, best you can get. And if it breaks, I know how to fix it.
Not only do vibrations help soothe physical ailments, but it treats emotional stuff as well! Doctors use vibration to treat PTSD among other disorders. It lowers stress and anxiety, too!
I made a successful massage business with Cheshire Massage and I tried finding ways to integrate the vibro-acoustic sound table and red light therapy into my existing business, but it’s so much easier keeping it as a separate LLC because of the assigned rooms, existing gift certificates, member points, and all the other moving parts that don’t mix.
Good Vibrations Massage has the tip included in the price! And I’m encouraging people to pay either cash, Apple Pay or Venmo and in return, you will receive a free exfoliating foot mask to take home as thanks for not paying with a card.
I’m the only therapist who will be preforming these massages, so availability is limited.
On a personal note, I like anything involving science fiction, I have a love of video games and books. Traveling is wonderful if I’m ever able to get away. I walked the Camino De Santiago twice, hiked the Annapurna circuit in Nepal, been skydiving, partaken in ayahuasca ceremonies by myself in South America, experienced a peyote ritual in Arizona, I like fishing and flowers. I ride a Spyder.
One day I hope to have a homestead (I want a garden and chickens basically), and if I had the extra cash, I would be a doomsday prepper as well.
So yeah, I’m a nerd. But also really cool sorta not really.
I’m looking forward to meeting you!
